Footballer Mario Balotelli in legal battle to gain access to toddler daughter

With the selection for this summer's World Cup looming he doesn't need any extra pressure.

But Mario Balotelli will have a lot on his mind after attending an Italian court where he is fighting a custody battle over his daughter.

The Italian striker is in negotiations with his ex-girlfriend Raffaella Fico for the right to visit the child, called Pia, who is eighteen months old.

Ballotelli did not acknowledge he was Pia’s father until February this year after DNA tests proved his paternity.

He was allowed to hold her for the first time only a month ago in the court house in Naples, after the judge granted special permission.

Balotelli and Miss Fico attended a private hearing at a court in Brescia, near Milan, to discuss how often the footballer will be able to visit his daughter.

After a hearing that lasted about an hour the Serie A star’s lawyers said that they were confident he would have the chance to hold his daughter again before he leaves for the World Cup in Brazil.

Balotelli’s lawyer Alessandra Capuano told Corriere della Sera:  ‘We are well on track to finding a way for both parents to fully collaborate.’

The judge did not go into discussions on maintenance payments, which are the subject of a separate legal process beginning in September.

The pair have had an acrimonious relationship since she fell pregnant in Manchester in 2012, with Balotelli claiming she told the papers about the pregnancy before him.

Miss Fico then appeared to go to great lengths to persuade Balotelli to meet his daughter, posting pictures of Pia on Twitter and speaking of his 'indifference'.

But Balotelli claims that he would not meet her until his paternity was proven by a DNA test ‘because children must not be disappointed by adults who disappear.’

‘For a whole year I have tried to reach an agreement with Fico over where, and how, to do this DNA test,' Balotelli told La Gazzetta dello Sport earlier this year.

‘I cannot turn up if I am not certain of being her father, because children mustn’t be disappointed by adults who then disappear. I know something about that.’

In February he finally announced to the world that he had a daughter writing on Twitter: ‘Finally the truth, PIA, sweet child of mine, your dad.'

In April he took the day off training to hold the baby for the first time in a courtroom in Naples, spending about 50 minutes with her.

Balotelli was born in Sicily to Ghanaian immigrant parents. He was placed in foster care at the age of two and from then on raised by his adoptive family in Brescia. 

Italian murder trial is stopped after judge spots court staff having SEX

A judge suspended a murder trial after spotting two court staff having sex during the hearing.

Stunned Anna Ivaldi asked the prosecutor to stop speaking after she looked up and spotted the couple writhing in ecstasy in an office beside the court.

They had thought the smoked glass they were behind would mask their steamy antics, but the eagle-eyed judge could still see them. 

One of the two is thought to be married, another member of staff said.

Judge Ivaldi ordered the trial in Genoa to be stopped while the two employees had their passion

brought to an abrupt halt.

Witnesses said prosecutor Sabrina Monteverde had just begun their summing up in the case of

Moroccan born Yassin Mahmod who is accused of murdering a tramp in the Italian port city last year.

A court source said:'The summing up had just begun when the judge heard strange noises, looked up and saw the outline of two naked bodies.'When everyone looked it was quite clear what was going on - they were having sex.

'They obviously thought because the glass was dark they would not be seen.

'The judge suspended the case and had the two people clawed away.

'They are both court admin staff but they have not been named. It's a bit delicate as one of them is married.'

A spokesman for the court in Genoa said:'Proceedings in a murder case were temporarily halted after the judge noted a disturbance.

'The matter was dealt with and an investigation has been launched so as a result it would not be 
appropriate to comment further.'

So a pear shape body means the widest part of your body is below your waist, around your hips. You can be tall, short, heavy or skinny and still be pear shaped. The fashion goal for a pear shape is to elongate your figure so as to look less bottom heavy, to achieve this is to balance your hips and shoulders while showing off your curves. Clothes that are darker and sliming on the bottom with solid colours and fun colour print, bold colours at the top.

Kim and Kanye getting a prenup

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have already agreed ... they will keep their assets separate by drawing up a prenup before they tie the knot ...  according to the online gossip tabloid TMZ.

Multiple sources connected with the couple tell us ... both Kanye and Kim are committed to the marriage and they are NOT signing a prenup because they're worried the relationship might fall apart.  But they're both business people and know given their vast wealth it's just the smart thing to do to have a prenup. 

Kim especially understands the importance of a prenup because her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian, told her over and over about the necessity of having clear contracts when it came to money.

We're also told ... even though they will keep their assets separate, they will have a fat joint account for living expenses that will probably approach the gross national product of a small country.

As for how much they have ... some reports place Kim's wealth at $40 mil and Kanye's at $90 mil.  But we're told Kim's actually worth more than Kanye. Go figure!

From friend to fiancée - how it took Kanye 9 years to convince Kim

They just got engaged on Monday in San Francisco with a sparkling 15-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring, but Kim Kardashian and Kanye West already have a long history together.

The rapper and the reality star - who have been dating since early 2012 - have known each other for nine years.

The Diamonds singer first met Kim in 2004 when she was married to Damon Thomas. They became friendly but didn't date.
